3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Wait for return authorization and instructions.
Step 3: Ship the item to the provided return address.
Step 4: Provide tracking information once the item has been shipped.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Storechoicy is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

5. Inspection Process

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the case and provide return instructions at no additional cost to the customer.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return eligible items and place a new order separately.
