Cancel / Change Order
This policy outlines the conditions under which orders may be canceled or modified after being placed on Storechoicy.
Due to our fast processing system, changes are only possible within a limited time window.
1. Cancellation Window
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders are automatically processed
and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
2. Order Changes
Customers may request changes to their order (including shipping address, size, or item details) within the same 12-hour window.
Once an order enters the processing or shipping stage, modifications are no longer possible.
3. After Processing
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
In such cases, customers should refer to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the item.
4. Incorrect Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details at checkout. Storechoicy is not responsible for issues
resulting from incorrect shipping or billing information submitted by the customer.
5. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If an order is successfully canceled within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and may take several business days to appear.
