All orders placed through Storechoicy are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery time estimates begin once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued.

Standard delivery estimates:

III. Shipping Charges

A flat shipping rate of $6.99 is applied to all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

IV. Tracking Information

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment has been processed by the carrier.

VI. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout, including apartment, suite, or unit numbers where applicable.

Storechoicy is not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

VII. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Storechoicy is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

If a package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
