III. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the content that was removed and its original location.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error.
• Your name, address, and contact information.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

IV. Repeat Infringers

Storechoicy reserves the right to terminate user access for repeat infringement in accordance with applicable laws.

V. Good Faith & Accuracy

Filing false claims or misrepresentations in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in legal liability. All submissions must be accurate and made in good faith.
